A roof, from bare bones to done.

The assessment
Every job starts on the roof, not in the driveway. Shingles, flashing, vents and decking all get checked and photographed, and then we tell you what we actually found. If a repair will hold, we say so.
After hail or high wind we document the damage properly and deal with your insurance company directly, so the claim is less of a headache for you.
The tear off
Everything comes off, down to bare decking. Tarps and staging catch the debris, the landscaping and driveway stay protected, and the old roof is hauled away the same day.
No shortcuts here. New shingles over a worn out roof just hide the problem, and we only lay over an existing layer when the decking underneath has earned it.
Deck and dry in
Soft or rotted plywood gets cut out and replaced, never covered over. Then synthetic underlayment goes down with ice and water shield at the valleys and eaves.
The house is watertight before a single bundle of shingles is opened. That order matters when a Piedmont thunderstorm shows up mid job.
Shingles go down
